central location helpful staff plush bathrobe short shower screen tea bag coffee machine
the location was so central it was perfect i walked to many places i wanted to visit. the staff were lovely and helpful they were always ready to assist with anything i needed. the room was beautiful it had a coffee machine i used every morning and plush bathrobes i wore after showering after long days.
the shower screen in my room was a bit short water splashed onto the floor creating a small flood after each shower. i also found that the tea bags were not replenished i only had two english breakfast tea bags for my entire stay. there was no fresh coffee only a coffee machine with limited options which was a pity since i love fresh coffee.

smooth check-in convenient location restful sleep
Check-in was smooth and efficient with the staff being readily available. The location proves convenient, with easy access to public transportation. I found the room comfortable, especially the bed. The breakfast buffet included an enjoyable variety of options.
One lift remained out of service during the entire stay, it caused some delays.

The staff displayed an approachable manner, they assisted with every request. Kayla specifically helped to make the check in process smooth. Their assistance greatly contributed to a satisfying experience at the hotel.

central location impeccably clean room delicious breakfast
The hotel's location near Southern Cross Station proved convenient (especially for airport transfers). The two-story room was unique. I found it large and impeccably clean. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options.

convenient location maintained hotel poor breakfast grumpy staff
the location opposite the southern cross station was super convenient for my travel from the airport. the hotel looked well maintained and presented, which I ABSOLUTELY liked.
the breakfast was not particularly good for this hotel category! the staff were not especially friendly during breakfast. they seemed rather grumpy.

thick dust shower head
The location was great, especially with the Southern Cross station so close by.
My room was not properly cleaned. I noticed a thick layer of dust on the wall above the headrest, this was quite unpleasant and likely caused my allergies to flare up. The shower head also had a design flaw. It sprayed water all over the floor, i had to turn it to the wall to avoid a mess. These details really detracted from my stay.
